Initial Consult Session

  • 1 hour long virtual one-on-one initial consult session with Kristen

  • Get to know each other and your nutrition and health needs

  • Discuss your goals, your main obstacles to those goals, and if you aren't sure-- we'll help you in figuring out where to start.

  • This session is the first step to the beginning of a beautiful new relationship with food.


Follow Up Sessions

  • 45 minute long follow up session*

  • Go over your progress and assess areas for improvement

  • Troubleshoot what worked and what didn't from our initial nutrition plan. 

  • Create new goals and weekly strategies to help get you there

*Must have already gone through an initial assessment in order to book a follow up.



Monthly Saver Package

  • One 60 min initial consult session PLUS

  • Three 45 minute minute one-on-one virtual follow up sessions (phone or video call)

  • Recommended for best success in lifestyle changes, as dedicated pre-scheduled sessions help keep accountibility.

  • Sessions are spaced out every other week

  • Available for recurring monthly payments

  • In-between session access to RD via email or messaging


3 Month Saver Package

  • One 60 min initial consult session PLUS

  • Three 45 minute follow up sessions per month for 3 months

  • An enhanced version of the monthly package

  • Prepaid commitment helps with keeping the promise to yourself to improve your health and nutrition

  • Improved outcomes for sticking with your plan and having long-lasting success

  • In-between session access to RD via email or messaging

How will my sessions work?


  • All sessions are done virtually with Roseberry Dietitian Kristen, from the comforts of your own home.

  • Your choice between telephone-only session or HIPPA certified and secure video chat.

  • Our sessions will always "go at your own pace". We will only create goals and nutrition plans based on what you feel ready to do.

  • We will always stick to motivating you to meet your goals, instead of forcing a specific diet or meal plan on you to follow.
